Lead Business Intelligence Analyst (AI)

Location: Peoria, Illinois, United States; onsite five days a week. Required travel is less than 10% domestically. No relocation assistance is offered, and US work sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $128,470–$192,710 per year.

What you will do

• Lead customer engagement, project intake, prioritization, requirements gathering, roadmap development, and solution adoption.
• Drive the analytics, reporting, application development, automation, and AI portfolio for the Integrated Components Division.
• Partner with engineering, supply chain, commercial, manufacturing, and product teams to identify opportunities and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of Power BI, Sigma, Snowflake, web applications, and AI-enabled business solutions.
• Manage project governance, stakeholder communications, risk management, and milestone tracking.
• Champion process improvement, standardization, and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of business data analysis, business assessment, requirements analysis, and product design and development.
• Strong communication skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to interpret business needs.
• Experience with Power BI, Sigma, Snowflake, SQL, data modeling, and modern analytics platforms.
• Ability to lead multiple high-priority initiatives and collaborate across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, commercial, and product organizations.
• Must work onsite in Peoria five days per week; US work sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Undercarriage, Ground Engaging Tools, Wear Components, Maintenance Components, and related value-chain processes.
• Experience developing business cases and roadmaps for enterprise analytics, applications, automation, and AI initiatives.
• Working knowledge of machine learning, Microsoft Copilot, and emerging digital technologies.
• Previous experience supporting Integrated Components Division Wear & Maintenance Components organizations.
