Mgr, Business Intelligence Analyst (AI)

Location: Gloucester, Massachusetts, United States. Onsite role with approximately 10% travel; relocation is not eligible.

Salary: $128,000–$176,000 per year.

What you will do

• Define and articulate global Business Intelligence strategy, analytics standards, capabilities, and roadmap.
• Lead BI solution design and execution while influencing stakeholders across the business and GIS.
• Provide leadership for platform decisions and guide internal and external teams in delivering scalable, secure, flexible, extensible, reusable, and supportable solutions.
• Assess the impact of new solutions across Business Intelligence, Integration, and Data Management domains.
• Drive common adoption of BI technology platforms and operational use of architecture and template standards.
• Recruit, train, develop, and provide performance guidance to the assigned team.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of Business Intelligence concepts, theories, and principles.
• Knowledge of related areas including Integration, Data Management, Solution Architecture, and Data Governance.
• Ability to identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems.
• Experience managing a generally homogeneous team and adapting priorities to operational challenges.
• Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders and guide internal or external partners.
• Compliance with hirify.global' Standards of Business Conduct is required.
