Data Analytics Manager - Workforce Operations (AI/ML)

What you will do

• Design and develop analytics and reporting on workforce data, including demographics, turnover, and succession.
• Define data standards, KPIs, reporting strategies, timelines, and documentation in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create data visualizations, reports, and presentations that communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences and senior management.
• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets while maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
• Implement and manage HR data governance standards, procedures, data quality, and security practices.
• Partner with internal clients, other departments, and the Workday HCM team to improve reporting and data validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, statistics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in data visualization and analytics, including HCM analytics.
• At least 3 years of experience creating HR reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, documentation, data security, and HR compliance systems.
• Business acumen and the ability to connect data insights with strategic decisions.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Workday HCM.
• Experience with AI/ML data modeling and predictive analytics.
