Director of Marketing, Aesthetics

Location: Lehi, Utah; required onsite at the Lehi HQ 5 days per week

What you will do

• Set and execute the integrated Aesthetics marketing strategy and demand-generation plan.
• Own monthly revenue, pipeline, efficiency targets, channel mix, budget allocation, communications, and demand content.
• Track funnel pacing, create gap plans, and optimize tactics through experimentation and full-funnel measurement.
• Lead and coach a lean team responsible for trade shows, events, partner marketing, webinars, third-party media, lifecycle, and content marketing.
• Collaborate with centralized digital, AEO/SEO, web, design, product marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Revenue Operations teams.
• Build AI-first marketing workflows and agents, report performance to leadership, and support annual planning and launches.

Requirements

• Experience leading integrated demand generation or marketing functions with accountability for revenue, budget, and ROI.
• Hands-on experience across trade shows, field or partner marketing, lifecycle, webinars, content, digital, and ABM.
• Strong analytical, project management, communication, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to operate with high ownership and bias toward action in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment.
• Heavy use of AI for building marketing workflows and agents, with examples of work created.
• Ability to work onsite in Lehi, Utah, 5 days per week.

• Experience marketing to SMBs, local businesses, or AI products.
• Familiarity with the aesthetics industry and its buying behavior.
