Senior Recruiter (GTM)

Location: Hybrid role based in the Austin, New York City, or San Francisco office, with three in-office days per week on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.

Salary: $156,000–$234,000 annual base pay for San Francisco; compensation may be adjusted based on employee location.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Field Engineering, Partnerships, and other GTM or G&A functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, calibrate hiring standards, and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Build qualified pipelines of active and passive candidates through outreach, referrals, networks, and communities.
• Run candidate screening and end-to-end interview processes while keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Structure and negotiate offers with Compensation and People teams, guiding candidates through acceptance.
• Track pipeline metrics, report risks and progress, and use data and AI recruiting tools to improve efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting go-to-market and/or technical roles.
• Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth environments with changing priorities.
• Ability to manage multiple functions, stakeholders, and role types.
• Demonstrated success with proactive sourcing, competitive candidate closing, and offer management.
• Strong hiring-manager partnership, influence, communication, and recruiting analytics skills.
• Experience using or building AI tools in the recruiting workflow.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience in developer tools, infrastructure, or frontend technology companies.
• Familiarity with Vercel’s technology stack, competitive landscape, and market positioning.
• Experience building GTM recruiting processes and systems from the ground up.
