What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deliver scalable software solutions using iterative and agile development.
• Build and operate highly scalable and reliable services for millions of customers and users.
• Take end-to-end ownership of projects from architecture and development through delivery.
• Analyze systems and architectures at scale to improve performance, reliability, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with software engineers and technologists to solve complex problems and build high-impact products.
• Share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and contribute to team development through constructive feedback.

Requirements

• Experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
• Programming experience in at least one software programming language.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Experience with the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, builds, testing, and operations.

Nice to have

• Experience in a fast-paced, rapidly changing operations environment.
• Experience managing training programs or teams across multiple sites or regions.
