What you will do
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality product improvements.
- Design and develop clean, maintainable software using functional patterns.
- Guide technical direction for major initiatives and mentor team members.
- Own the product roadmap from business problem identification to shipped code.
- Contribute to a culture of technical excellence through code reviews and process improvement.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK, Ireland, Poland, or Spain.
- 3+ years of experience in a software engineering role.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, Clean Code, and Clean Architecture.
- Proficiency in Golang and experience with MySQL, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into precise technical specifications.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of end-to-end ownership.
