Digital Business Solutions Lead (Low-Code/No-Code)

What you will do

• Support Business Product Owners with product objectives, roadmaps, backlogs, release plans, documentation, and decision materials.
• Gather business and user needs through workshops, interviews, feedback, data, and operational insights.
• Translate needs into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, configuration requirements, and test scenarios.
• Configure approved low-code and no-code capabilities while following access, security, architecture, governance, and change-management controls.
• Coordinate testing, release readiness, communications, training, operational handoffs, post-release monitoring, and issue triage.
• Analyze product performance and feedback to recommend measurable improvements and reusable standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Product Management, Operations, Experience Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital product support, business analysis, product operations, low-code or no-code solutions, service technology, or process improvement.
• Hands-on experience configuring business-managed capabilities with low-code or no-code platforms, workflow tools, forms, content-management tools, or reporting tools.
• Ability to create requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, configuration specifications, and test scenarios.
• Working knowledge of agile delivery, backlog management, testing, release readiness, change control, configuration governance, role-based access, and product lifecycle practices.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Genesys, Microsoft Power Platform, or comparable platforms.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow configuration experience, including portals, content, catalogs, forms, workflows, notifications, or dashboards.
• Experience with Genesys telephony, IVR, contact-center routing, or related capabilities.
• Experience with user research, journey mapping, process mapping, information architecture, content design, usability, or accessibility.
• Product analytics, self-service, automation, knowledge management, search, virtual assistants, case management, or omnichannel service experience.
• Understanding of AI concepts, responsible AI practices, and effective prompt generation.
