Senior Salesforce Engineer — AI-Native Development

Location: Fully remote from Argentina, Uruguay, or Colombia

What you will do

• Use agentic coding tools throughout requirements, design, development, testing, and code review.
• Design and build complex applications on the Salesforce platform.
• Own features from requirements clarification with clients through production release.
• Act as the technical voice in customer discussions and explain trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain the test suite and add coverage for cases missed by AI-assisted development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform, including complex production applications and design patterns.
• Daily hands-on experience with AI tooling such as Cursor, Claude Code, custom agents, or an equivalent stack.
• Ability to evaluate, correct, and safely take ownership of agent-generated output.
• Strong testing practices for reliable frequent releases.
• English: B2 or above, used daily
• Effective communication with customers and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Data 360 or Agentforce.
• Experience developing applications for AgentExchange, formerly AppExchange.
• Experience developing applications in React.
• Salesforce or Claude certifications.
