Product Engineering Manager, Salesforce

What you will do

• Oversee development of new and existing Salesforce products, assets, and implementation tools.
• Lead technical decisions covering architecture, packaging, DevOps, and scalable product design.
• Guide hands-on solution design, proofs of concept, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing product success.
• Work with Salesforce capabilities including Lightning Web Components, Flow, Console, Apex, and Agentforce, as well as AI tools such as Claude and Codex.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineering leads, and developers to assess market demand, prioritize work, and finalize designs.
• Manage and provide technical guidance to engineering resources.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including Salesforce architecture, capabilities, and constraints.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, design patterns, and integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce solutions.
• Experience managing technical personnel and providing technical oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to express problems and solutions in both business and technical terms.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce managed packages and AppExchange submissions.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
• Experience with digital channel or contact center applications.
• Experience with AWS development.
• Experience with Service Cloud and Service Cloud Voice.
