Senior Program Manager (Energy Efficiency)

Location: Remote, but residency in Pennsylvania is required; candidates in the Pittsburgh area are strongly preferred.

Salary: $120,000–$130,000 annually, plus bonus. Additional compensation range: $97,600–$146,400.

What you will do

• Lead all phases of a large-scale commercial and industrial energy efficiency program for a major utility client.
• Own program cost, implementation, profitability, forecasting, financial reporting, milestones, and performance.
• Serve as the primary client contact and lead program review sessions covering cost, schedule, and performance.
• Participate in contract negotiations, contract changes, business plans, work statements, budgets, and financial terms.
• Direct a cross-functional team of approximately 50+ people across technical, marketing, operations, analytics, and administrative functions.
• Identify program opportunities, improve processes and tools, expand the client relationship, and drive solutions to complex risks and problems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project or program management experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience, including delegation and development of direct reports and contractors.
• Experience managing a large program or portfolio of client contracts, including programs with approximately $5–10M in annual revenue.
• Strong client-facing communication, business, financial, contract, forecasting, and reporting skills.
• Bachelor’s degree; an MS or MBA is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship or immigration support.

• Experience with strategic, high-complexity, or high-risk programs and client relationships.
• Experience creating technical content or intellectual property.
