Solutions Programing Senior Manager (HVAC)

Location: Jersey City, New Jersey, United States; hybrid

Salary: $136,600k–$232,900k annual base salary, plus bonus potential of up to 20%.

What you will do

• Lead sales strategy, operating plans, and priorities for the Solutions Plaza experience center.
• Develop targeted representative and vertical-market programs that increase use of the experience center.
• Track bookings after customer visits and evaluate the effectiveness of investment in the space.
• Expand utilization by attracting local and national organizations and increasing brand visibility.
• Present at high-profile customer visits and internal and external industry events.
• Lead a team delivering customer events, personalized experiences, professional communications, and thought-leadership presentations on electrification, refrigerant codes, and Indoor Air Quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of industry sales experience, including at least 2 years of people leadership.
• Knowledge of HVAC design, industry trends, and Daikin products and solutions.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to audiences with different levels of expertise.
• Ability to lead, influence, manage competing demands, adapt to change, and deliver professional customer experiences.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• 10 years of experience presenting to consulting engineers and executives.
• Knowledge of applied manufacturing and at least 5 years of people leadership experience.
• Understanding of engineered systems, design intent, controls, equipment, and integration with third-party technology.
