Operations Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Manage operations teams across three shifts and deliver daily safety, quality, customer service, cost, productivity, and waste-reduction targets.
• Lead front-line operational managers and collaborate with the leadership team to achieve business goals.
• Maintain safe working conditions through safety programs, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
• Drive continuous improvement through planning, technology utilization, process analysis, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Support employee engagement, development, succession strength, and talent retention.
• Assist with budgeting, expenditure scheduling, variance analysis, labor planning, and performance reporting.

Requirements

• At least two years of successful experience in operations management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Strong business acumen in budgeting, capital investment, expenditure scheduling, and variance analysis.
• Understanding of safety, quality, GMP, and housekeeping requirements in a manufacturing environment.
• Fluency in ERP systems and an analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to influence, negotiate, resolve conflicts, delegate, and manage teams through change and rapid growth.
