Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Salary: $25+/hour, depending on experience

What you will do

• Manage production operations across multiple departments and shifts.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop production employees while managing performance and accountability.
• Manage department costs, profitability, inventory, reporting, and operational records.
• Identify and resolve production, quality, and operational problems.
• Lead continuous improvement and safety initiatives, including 5S, TPM, machine audits, LOTO, JDA, and JSA activities.
• Coordinate machinery training, preventative maintenance, standard work instructions, and material movement, including forklift operation when required.

Requirements

• Post-high-school education.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience and 1–3 years of people-management experience.
• Strong communication, organization, planning, reporting, and employee-feedback skills.
• Knowledge of production quality programs, quality troubleshooting, continuous improvement principles, machinery, preventative maintenance, and standard work instructions.
• Commitment to safety standards, including machine audits, LOTO, employee safeguards, and safety improvement processes.
• Successful completion of the forklift driver licensing process.
