Joules Print Designer - Womenswear - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Location: Onsite at hirify.global Head Office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire, United Kingdom. Full-time hours are 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday.

What you will do

• Design and deliver commercial, brand-right print collections for womenswear.
• Create print boards, colour palettes, mood research, repeat tiles, and factory-ready pitch sheets.
• Present seasonal print ranges, trend proposals, research, and samples to senior management and product teams.
• Work with Buying, Design, and Merchandising to build balanced ranges across store gradings, sales channels, and pricing tiers.
• Review weekly line performance and identify print opportunities, growth areas, and future range directions.
• Manage colour matching, supplier relationships, print production solutions, trend research, and junior team mentoring.

Requirements

• Degree, HND, or equivalent experience in fashion or textiles.
• Experience producing on-brand print ranges with support from senior team members.
• Strong understanding of print production, screen separation, repeat tiles, and pitch sheet creation.
• Required Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills.
• Good awareness of fashion trends, colour, retail, lifestyle brands, and customer needs.
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship. hirify.global does not hold a Sponsor Licence.

Nice to have

• Experience working with suppliers and developing cost-effective print finishes.
• Experience mentoring junior designers or acting as a point of contact in a senior colleague’s absence.
• Relevant portfolio and cover letter.
