Assistant Designer - Love & Roses (Fashion)

What you will do

• Research, design, and deliver commercial, relevant, trend-led styles for each selling phase.
• Produce catwalk trend analysis and detailed range plans for nine annual selling phases.
• Create seasonal trends and colour palettes aligned with the Love & Roses customer and brand positioning.
• Develop products through free-hand fashion illustration and technical garment drawings.
• Attend fit sessions and check artwork, garment fit, and embellishments against brand standards.
• Collaborate with Designers, Buyers, and Creative Pattern Cutters while identifying issues that may affect the critical path.

Requirements

• Excellent free-hand fashion illustration and technical garment drawing skills.
• Awareness of the retail industry and current fashion trends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail across design and administrative work.
• Proactive approach to challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion.
