What you will do
- Translate street style, runway movements, and market intelligence into seasonal design boards and commercial fashion designs.
- Support or lead end-to-end range development across capsule drops and core ranges.
- Create detailed technical packs and design specifications for global manufacturing partners using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Collaborate with buying, technology, merchandising, print, graphics, and supplier teams to align design and production.
- Support department operations, mentor junior talent, or manage design teams depending on experience level.
- Conduct trend research through social media, shopping trips, trade shows, and factory visits.
Requirements
- Degree or qualification in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on industry experience for mid-to-senior roles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends, market movements, commercial design, and price-point requirements.
- Ability to communicate clearly and build collaborative relationships across teams.
- Strong organisation, time management, flexibility, and a proactive approach.
- Attach a digital PDF portfolio demonstrating trend-focused work, creativity, attention to detail, and elevated product design.
