What you will do

• Set up test equipment and products according to established testing procedures.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, environmental, and electromechanical tests on prototypes, existing products, and competitor products.
• Use mechanical, electrical, and electronic measurement devices and accurately document measurements.
• Assemble and fabricate test equipment and prototype products according to blueprints and bills of materials.
• Support manufacturing troubleshooting and maintain test-related documentation in database systems.
• Prepare formal and informal test reports and support laboratory audits and 5S programs.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to interpret scientific notation, temperature, pressure, and other measurements.
• Ability to stand and walk regularly and occasionally lift 25–50 pounds.
• Ability to perform frequent computer-based work requiring sitting, close vision, and focus adjustment.
