What you will do

• Develop and execute engineering strategies aligned with company growth, efficiency, and innovation goals.
• Lead and mentor engineering managers across multiple product lines.
• Build organizational capabilities through skills assessments, coaching, and professional development.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Service to align engineering delivery with business needs.
• Oversee project planning, resources, timelines, and deliverables for on-time and within-budget completion.
• Drive innovation, cost optimization, design improvements, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive engineering experience, including at least 5 years leading cross-functional engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering.
• Experience managing complex technical projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
• Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, engineering best practices, and multi-product-line project management.

• MBA.
• Experience in matrixed or multi-line product organizations.
