Industrial Engineer II (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Implement the hirify.global Fulfillment System across the order-to-cash process, including planning, sourcing, manufacturing, delivery, and service.
• Lead and coordinate new product introductions within operations.
• Support facility transformation, technology transfer, and maintenance of mixed-model production lines and value streams.
• Define and document manufacturing processes, policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Improve the flow and synchronization of products, materials, and information to increase efficiency and reduce operating costs.
• Develop area layouts and support equipment justification, selection, and implementation while collaborating with shop-floor personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or industrial technology.
• 3–5 years of related engineering experience in a similar working environment.
• Proficiency in CAD, including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and/or ProE.
• Knowledge of lean principles and process improvement methods.
• Experience working in both high-mix, low-volume and high-volume, low-mix production environments.
• Strong project leadership, communication, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and organizational skills.
