Industrial Engineer I (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Coordinate the successful launch of new product introductions within operations.
• Contribute to facility transformation, technology transfer, and maintenance of mixed-model production lines and value streams.
• Implement continuous improvement policies, procedures, process documentation, and hirify.global standards.
• Optimize product, material, and information flows to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.
• Work with shop floor personnel to improve manufacturing methods, systems, and controls.
• Define processes and layouts, and justify, select, and implement production equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or industrial technology.
• 1–3 years of related engineering experience in a similar working environment.
• Proficiency in CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Pro/ENGINEER.
• Knowledge of lean principles and process improvement.
• Experience leading projects and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Problem-solving, conflict-resolution, organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
