Customs Brokerage Supervisor

Location: Onsite at the Pullman/El Paso facility, El Paso, Texas, USA

What you will do

• Supervise day-to-day customs brokerage operations, staff activities, dashboards, productivity, and overtime.
• Ensure timely and accurate entry, admission, withdrawal filing, billing, audits, rate schedules, and accounting processes.
• Maintain compliance with local Customs laws, Partner Government Agencies, hirify.global policies, process standards, and client SOPs.
• Support customer service, problem-solving, client transitions, conference calls, and pilot programs.
• Create, review, and update SOPs while ensuring cross-training and primary and backup CSR coverage.
• Train, motivate, mentor, and evaluate team members while maintaining performance, morale, and retention.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customs brokerage experience using hirify.global' internal system and 1–2 years of lead or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of HTSUS, Title 19 of the Code of Federal Regulations, the Foreign-Trade Zones Manual, and Participating Government Agencies.
• Must be able to commute to the Pullman/El Paso facility and work overtime or weekends when required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not offered.
• Fluent written and verbal English and Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, along with strong management, organizational, analytical, communication, computer, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Undergraduate degree.
• Customs Brokerage License or active pursuit of the examination.
• Knowledge of hirify.global' internal system.
