Technical Configuration Management III Sr. (TCM)

Location: Tainan, Taiwan. Relocation is eligible. Travel required for 10% of the time.

What you will do

• Manage and maintain product configurations according to customer specifications and internal standards.
• Act as the primary interface for Sales and Account Teams on configuration requests and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Product Line Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, and Sales to validate customer order configurations.
• Plan, track, and support configuration freeze and validation activities.
• Participate in New Product Integration and Continuous Improvement Processes to maintain configuration readiness and consistency.

Requirements

• More than seven years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or the semiconductor equipment industry.
• Engineering foundation in mechanical, electrical, systems, or process engineering, with experience in semiconductor equipment design, manufacturing, field installation, maintenance, or support.
• Proficiency in configuration management tools and processes, including Product Architecture, BOM management, engineering changes, and configuration accuracy discussions.
• Experience with technical project management, configuration milestones, complex configuration histories, and traceability across product revisions and customer engagements.
• Ability to work across functions and regions, operate effectively in a matrix organization, manage shifting priorities, and perform under pressure.
• Experience in customer-facing roles or account support, translating customer requirements into actionable configuration plans.
