Lab Specialist (Advanced Electronics)

What you will do

• Support daily laboratory operations by running experiments, operating analytical equipment, maintaining facilities, and managing chemicals.
• Design and conduct systematic tests to improve the accuracy and consistency of laboratory results.
• Support pilot facility operations, including chemical blending and packaging, raw-material inventory, liquid particle measurement, and chemical assays.
• Conduct demonstrations at customer sites to support new product evaluation activities.
• Participate in environmental, health, and safety programs and maintain high safety standards.

Requirements

• College degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in a chemical laboratory or manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Ability to learn new skills quickly and maintain a positive attitude.
• Diligent, careful, disciplined, communicative, and able to work effectively in a team.
