Senior Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering

hirify.global is hiring for a manufacturing engineering role focused on production operations, materials, facilities, quality, and continuous improvement.

What you will do

• Coordinate with material management, facilities, quality, and continuous improvement functions.
• Manage daily production activities, arrange shipments, and support on-time delivery.
• Control material and component consumption and improve production efficiency.
• Train production employees and ensure compliance with SOPs and company requirements.
• Respond to production issues, identify root causes, validate solutions, and implement preventive actions.
• Act as a technical contact for production requests, facility coordination, purchasing, and project activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in production, facilities maintenance, or project leadership.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience in the semiconductor or coating industry.
• Experience with SAP, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.
