Senior Manager, Facilities and Utilities (Manufacturing)

Location: Kaohsiung City, Taiwan; onsite manufacturing environment

The role supports a complex manufacturing site through facilities, utilities, infrastructure, and site services leadership.

What you will do

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for facility infrastructure and utility systems supporting manufacturing operations.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary organization of engineers, technicians, operators, and contractors.
• Oversee electrical power, gas, water, wastewater, fire protection, security, landscaping, and other site services.
• Develop maintenance and asset management programs to improve reliability and operational continuity.
• Lead infrastructure upgrades, capacity expansions, equipment installations, and major maintenance projects.
• Manage operating and capital budgets, energy efficiency initiatives, emergency response, and business continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in facilities, utilities, plant engineering, or manufacturing operations, including leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution, HVAC, gas, water, wastewater, fire protection, and building management systems.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, budgets, capital projects, contractors, and external service providers.
• Proficient in English; the role is based onsite in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan.

Nice to have

• Experience working with government agencies and regulatory authorities.
• Wastewater treatment plant and boiler operation experience.
• Security Supervisor Certificate or Fire Safety Manager Certificate.
