Senior Manufacturing Process Sustaining Engineer (Optical/Photonic Manufacturing): Maintaining and improving manufacturing processes for optical and photonic products with an accent on process stability, production quality, yield, and cost optimization. Focus on root-cause analysis, corrective actions, process qualification, lean manufacturing, and supporting new product ramp-up in cleanroom and manufacturing environments.
Location: Thailand, Navanakorn, Pathum Thani; onsite work in office, laboratory, cleanroom, and manufacturing-floor environments

What you will do
- Monitor and maintain manufacturing-process stability using SPC and analytical tools.
- Troubleshoot process, yield, quality, material, and equipment issues through root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Develop, validate, and implement improvements that increase quality and yield while reducing defects, cycle time, and manufacturing costs.
- Support Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, automation, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Support new product introduction, process transfers, qualification, validation, pilot builds, and production ramp-up.
- Maintain process specifications, work instructions, control plans, engineering change orders, and audit documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, process, or sustaining engineering.
- Knowledge of SPC, root-cause analysis, CAPA, FMEA, DOE, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
- Strong troubleshooting, data-analysis, problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Good command of English communication required.
- Ability to work in cleanroom and manufacturing-floor environments, including use of personal protective equipment when required.
Nice to have
- Experience in optical, photonic, electronics, semiconductor, or other high-technology manufacturing.
