Process Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on manufacturing processes, productivity, and line lead time.
• Study process and equipment improvements, feasibility, and new methodologies, materials, and equipment.
• Analyze machine parameters and control chart data, identify out-of-control trends, and initiate corrective actions.
• Perform root cause and failure analysis and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
• Generate and revise procedures and work instructions and ensure compliance with documented operating procedures.
• Support quality-related activities and qualify and set up materials, equipment, and methods for new projects.

Requirements

• Engineering degree.
• 3+ years of process engineering experience in a manufacturing company.
• Experience with statistical tools including SPC, QC tools, FMEA, DOE, and Minitab.
• Project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
