Fabricator – First Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Riverside, California, United States; onsite. Domestic travel of up to 5% may be required. Relocation is not available.

Salary: $20.75–$25.40 per hour

What you will do

• Set up, program, troubleshoot, and operate automatic, turret, utility, shear, press brake, and manual presses.
• Perform layout, fabrication, assembly, and customer specialty-item production according to work orders and production drawings.
• Diagnose mechanical and process issues and verify completed work with measuring tools and quality standards.
• Clean equipment, perform basic preventive maintenance, and follow safety and production procedures.
• Train and assist production employees with machine operation, safety practices, and fabrication techniques.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions in practical situations.
• Attention to detail, effective communication, and ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Knowledge of production processes, raw materials, quality control, and operation monitoring.
• Ability to work safely while standing for approximately 8–12 hours and handling materials weighing up to 50 pounds with proper equipment.
