Facilities Technician - Weekend Night Shift (CNC Manufacturing)

Location: Devens, Massachusetts, United States; onsite weekend night shift. The schedule is Friday through Sunday and every other Thursday, from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Hourly pay: $29.80–$40.98 for Level 2 or $31.74–$43.65 for Level 3, plus a 15% differential on applicable non-standard shifts.

What you will do

• Coordinate proactive maintenance schedules and detailed job plans with maintenance planning and manufacturing teams.
• Troubleshoot, repair, install, overhaul, and maintain CNC, subtractive, post-processing, and facility equipment.
• Work with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, using technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, identify root causes, and complete corrective actions to reduce downtime.
• Support shipping and receiving operations as needed and provide technical guidance to junior maintenance personnel.
• Follow OSHA safety standards, company policies, and Lockout/Tagout procedures.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience maintaining and repairing CNC equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience supporting facility and machine maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Ability to work the required onsite overnight schedule and use required safety protection around machinery.

Nice to have

• 10-hour OSHA Safety Certification.
