Sr Supervisor, Facilities

Location: San Diego, California, United States; onsite facilities role

Salary: $98,400–$147,600 base salary per year, plus eligible bonus, commission, and equity programs.

What you will do

• Manage the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of buildings, equipment, machinery, and other facilities.
• Plan, budget, and schedule facility modifications, including equipment, labor, materials, and related costs.
• Develop organizational policies for the facilities department and coordinate building space allocation, layouts, communication services, and facility expansion.
• Establish and oversee health and safety standards where applicable.
• Supervise a unit or group of employees, assign tasks, monitor workflow, and provide day-to-day direction.
• Analyze data and relevant factors to solve problems and support short-term and monthly operational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of related experience.
• 0–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience directing employees, assigning work, monitoring performance, and maintaining team workflow.
• Must work in the United States at the San Diego, California location.
• This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
