What you will do

• Lead daily operations at the New York hub, including building maintenance, repairs, mailroom, and access control.
• Own the onsite employee experience by managing space activations, food programs, and event support.
• Oversee end-to-end vendor management, including sourcing, contract negotiation, and service oversight.
• Partner with IT, Security, Legal, and Finance teams to coordinate services and streamline workplace processes.
• Manage the operational budget for the site, ensuring cost-effective delivery and accurate forecasting.
• Support space planning and seating logistics to align with hybrid work models and company growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in workplace operations, office management, employee experience, or hospitality.
• Must be based in New York City, NY (on-site position).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and knowledge of ServiceNow, Slack, Envoy, Canva, and Workday.
• Experience managing office logistics, negotiating vendor contracts, and overseeing budgets.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs as needed.
