What you will do

• Support new product introductions and service readiness for advanced semiconductor packaging platforms.
• Coordinate service documentation, training, tooling, and spare parts planning.
• Participate in product lifecycle management, including upgrades and obsolescence planning.
• Analyze operational, cost, and service performance data.
• Support service product development and customer-focused improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Field Service, and product teams while preparing leadership updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related technical field.
• 0–2 years of experience; internships, co-ops, and project management experience are encouraged.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in semiconductor technology and product management, with a willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Internship experience in manufacturing, engineering, product management, data analytics, or semiconductor technology.
