Product Manager (PM2)

Location: Fully remote with up to 15% travel

Salary: $120,000–$135,000 annually plus bonus

What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, backlogs, requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Lead product discovery, solution design, experiments, beta programs, Agile execution, and releases.
• Use customer feedback, market research, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to prioritize investments and improve product outcomes.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and define, test, and iterate on AI-enabled product features responsibly.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Customer Success, and Support to align priorities and deliver product outcomes.
• Lead, coach, and develop Engineering Leads through feedback, performance management, and career development.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing a product or major feature area across the product lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Education, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience defining product vision, prioritizing roadmaps, managing backlogs, and delivering successful products.
• Technical understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and platform capabilities.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML product concepts and experience with AI-enabled features, AI-powered tools, product analytics, and experimentation.
• Proficiency with Linear, Agile/Scrum methodologies, product analytics platforms, experimentation frameworks, and AI productivity tools.

Nice to have

• CSPO, PMP, or equivalent Agile certification.
• Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or enterprise software environments.
• Experience with customer discovery, usability research, market validation, APIs, integrations, or platform products.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, privacy, transparency, and AI governance in education.
