What you will do

• Lead the operating cadence across enterprise technology operations, including staff meetings, business reviews, planning cycles, and action tracking.
• Advise the CTOO on priorities, portfolio decisions, strategic programs, and resource allocation.
• Manage demand intake, workforce capacity planning, headcount and contractor allocation, and supply forecasting.
• Own functional budgeting, OPEX and CAPEX tracking, financial forecasts, vendor contracts, renewals, and performance reviews.
• Define KPI and OKR frameworks, scorecards, dashboards, portfolio governance, and investment-level reporting.
• Prepare executive briefings and Board-level materials while coordinating risk reporting, remediation tracking, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in leadership or operational roles, including at least 5 years working closely with C-level executives in technology companies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• Experience supporting information technology, cybersecurity, or technology infrastructure organizations.
• Demonstrated ownership of a multi-million-dollar operating budget and vendor portfolio.
• Strong analytical, executive communication, cross-functional leadership, and influence-without-authority skills.
• Experience operating in a global, matrixed enterprise environment and handling sensitive information with discretion.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of cloud commercial models, consumption-based pricing, committed spend agreements, and FinOps.
• Familiarity with AI and LLM consumption economics, token-based pricing, and cost-per-workload forecasting.
