Order Processing Specialist (fixed term contract 2 years)

What you will do

• Process customer purchase orders from distributors and alliance partners.
• Update and maintain order, licensing, and contract records in Salesforce and Vpower.
• Validate order information, pricing, part numbers, returns, and purchasing policy compliance.
• Generate licensing keys, distribute fulfillment confirmations, and develop renewal opportunities.
• Communicate issue status and resolution guidance to internal and external partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Renewals, Deal Desk, Helpdesk, backend, and web teams on shared issues and improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Advanced English in verbal and written communication.
• Experience in order processing, accounting, customer support, or services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office automation tools, including Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a frequently changing environment.
• Ability to meet department metrics, maintain accurate records, and complete month-end closing procedures.
