Company
operates a lubricants manufacturing facility requiring coordinated warehouse, inventory, logistics, and safety operations.
What you will do
- Receive, store, locate, and issue raw materials and consumables for production.
- Manage base oil, packaging, additive, and imported product stocks to support uninterrupted production.
- Maintain stock control records, reconcile deliveries with purchase orders, and follow inventory management procedures.
- Coordinate with the Supply Planner and Logistics Manager to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Support supplier relationship management and coach employees, contractors, forklift drivers, transporters, and service providers on operational and safety expectations.
- Monitor fleet assessments, vehicle safety checklists, journey planning, HSE compliance, and safe warehouse operations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Ability to follow OE, compliance, quality, HSE, product stewardship, and inventory reconciliation procedures.
- Availability to work at the Cairo, Egypt facility.
