Principal Solutions Architect (AI)

Location: London, United Kingdom. The role requires 50%–70% travel for in-person briefings, workshops, and customer meetings across federal locations.

Base salary: £125,000–£250,000 per year. A discretionary performance bonus may also be awarded.

What you will do

• Lead technical strategy and execution for complex federal agreements, acquisition cycles, RFIs, RFPs, and OTAs.
• Advise senior agency executives and flag officers through architecture reviews and visioning workshops.
• Translate federal mission requirements into hirify.global-powered roadmaps focused on deployment agility, resilience, and rapid value delivery.
• Develop technical narratives and demonstrations using AI, hirify.global Data Fabric, IL4/5/6, GovCloud, and secure on-premise deployment frameworks.
• Mentor Solutions Consultants and create reusable architectural blueprints, frameworks, and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Success to grow pipeline and influence platform innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical or analytical field.
• 8+ years of experience in pre-sales solutions consulting, software architecture, or strategic technology consulting, including at least 3 years supporting federal government clients.
• Experience closing high-stakes software deals involving FedRAMP, FISMA, DoD RMF, and Zero Trust architectures.
• Strong technical proficiency with Java, Python, SQL, or JavaScript, plus modern integration frameworks.
• Willingness and ability to travel 50%–70% for customer engagements across federal locations.

Nice to have

• Experience across DoD, Intelligence Community, Civilian, or Federal Health agencies.
• Experience integrating hirify.global with legacy ERP or CRM ecosystems.
• Experience with Salesforce or ServiceNow.
