TL;DR
AI Engineer (AI/ML): Building and deploying production AI systems, ML pipelines, and scalable platforms with an accent on model industrialization, MLOps, cloud infrastructure, and AI governance. Focus on designing secure maintainable architectures, monitoring and continuously improving models, and solving advanced LLM and generative AI use cases.
Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain or Munich, Germany

What you will do
- Translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.
- Industrialize machine learning models from prototype to production.
- Design and maintain AI pipelines and platforms.
- Deploy, monitor, and continuously improve AI systems.
- Define best practices for MLOps, architecture, and AI governance.
Requirements
- Experience in AI or machine learning engineering roles.
- Strong software engineering skills with Python required.
- Hands-on experience deploying ML models into production.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, including ML CI/CD, monitoring, versioning, and retraining.
- Experience with cloud platforms, with Azure strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of containers and orchestration, including Docker and Kubernetes; ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable AI systems.
Nice to have
- Experience with LLMs, generative AI, or advanced machine learning use cases.
- Exposure to healthcare projects at the intersection of AI and healthcare.
- Strong communication skills and a consulting mindset.
- Fluency in French or German.
