Project Manager 3 (Nuclear)

Location: Full-time from the Houston, Texas office at 990 Town & Country Blvd.

Target salary: $99,175–$119,694 annually. Full salary range: $88,915–$139,073 annually.

What you will do

• Plan and execute internal and external projects related to small modular reactor technology.
• Maintain project baselines, earned value planning and management, execution strategies, plans, and procedures.
• Identify, resolve, and escalate project issues, risks, and anticipated challenges.
• Prepare status reports covering project performance, earned value metrics, schedule, cost risks, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate work package managers, qualified resources, performing organizations, and subcontracted service providers.
• Support project delivery against customer requirements, cost, schedule, quality, and other objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of full-time experience in project management or a related field.
• Experience applying PMI Project Management Body of Knowledge principles and processes.
• Experience with integrated cost and schedule control or ANSI EIA-748-C Earned Value Management System practices.
• Eligibility to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810 is required.
• Ability to travel locally and nationally and work in accordance with nuclear safety and quality standards, including 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, and NQA-1.

Nice to have

• Project management experience in the nuclear, energy, power plant architecture and engineering, power plant EPC, or U.S. Department of Energy nuclear sectors.
• Advanced degree.
• PMI Project Management Professional certification or equivalent.
