Staff Technical Program Manager (Mobile)

What you will do

• Lead complex enterprise initiatives for the mobile platform across iOS and Android.
• Drive delivery against goals, scope, budget, performance, scalability, and reliability targets.
• Translate business needs into technical roadmaps and align product, engineering, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Establish risk frameworks, program health dashboards, decision reviews, and OKR/KPI governance.
• Design software delivery processes, coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Waterfall, and lead structured change rollouts.
• Own Jira governance across Engineering and implement reporting, data visualization, and AI-assisted automation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical program management experience leading large-scale software delivery in a New Product Development environment.
• 3+ years of experience leading or mentoring technical program managers.
• Experience managing end-to-end SDLC for complex distributed systems.
• Atlassian Suite expertise, including multi-team or organization-wide Jira management.
• Deep Scrum expertise and experience scaling Agile practices to improve engineering velocity and sprint health.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments, unblock teams autonomously, and engage in architectural discussions.

Nice to have

• Experience managing mobile app development or iOS/Android platform initiatives.
• Experience managing AI/ML product development and deployment.
• Technical experience in software engineering, SRE, DevOps, or systems architecture.
• Experience with technical strategy, technical debt reduction, engineering metrics, and systemic change management.
• PMP or CSM certification.
