Principal Operations Architect (Robotics)

Location: New York, United States; on-site

Salary: $200,000–$225,000 annual total wage range, including base salary and on-target incentives where applicable

What you will do

• Own complex enterprise robotics rollouts across Commercial, Solutions Engineering, and Field Operations.
• Coordinate custom AI-robotics integrations and Pudu fleet deployments from planning through delivery.
• Design hardware supply-chain workflows covering international freight, customs, warehousing, spare parts, and 3PL partners.
• Serve as the senior technical liaison and escalation point for Pudu Robotics and future OEM partners.
• Build workflow, resource-planning, and reporting systems using tools such as Jira, Asana, and ERP platforms.
• Track fleet uptime, deployment time-to-value, MTTR, inventory turns, and other operational metrics.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience as a TPM, Technical Operations Lead, or Supply Chain PM in robotics, complex enterprise IoT, or industrial hardware.
• Hands-on experience deploying hardware into new markets and managing international freight, customs, and 3PL operations.
• Ability to lead senior stakeholders and external vendors through influence without direct reports.
• Expertise configuring workflow and resource-planning systems such as Asana, Jira, or NetSuite.
• Strong ability to bridge hardware and software engineering with field operations.
• Ability to query and analyze fleet telemetry data to identify operational risks and trends.
