Program Manager - Product Demonstrations (Defense Technology)

Location: In-office in Torrance, California, United States. Travel is required for onsite demonstrations and field events as needed.

Salary: $114,300–$144,500 USD per year for California.

What you will do

• Plan, schedule, and execute product demonstrations and exercises.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to prepare demo environments and products for technically accurate and reliable demonstrations.
• Coordinate logistics and scope of work with contracted test ranges and external partners.
• Maintain demo version control, modification processes, documentation, and operational playbooks.
• Align demonstrations with customer requirements, program objectives, and competitive positioning alongside Business Development, Sales, and Marketing.
• Track performance, issues, and customer feedback while driving improvements in reliability and user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of project or program management, product operations, or technical coordination experience in defense or aerospace, including cost, schedule, and risk management.
• Strong understanding of system integration and cross-functional workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple demonstration streams in parallel and communicate with engineers, executives, and customer stakeholders.
• Experience in regulated or compliance-oriented environments, such as ITAR or DoD requirements.
• Ability to work in-office in Torrance and travel for onsite demonstrations and field events.

• Experience with RF and sensing technology.
