Location: Katy, Texas, United States; Houston location. Hybrid model with 80% in-office work and 20% remote work after training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and recent college graduate status.
• At least six months of leadership experience through academic, volunteer, athletic, extracurricular, research, supervisory, or coursework activities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Adaptability, proactive problem-solving skills, and willingness to develop a career in insurance leadership.
• Ability to work in the Houston-area hybrid arrangement, including 80% in-office work after training.
