TL;DR
Data Analyst (SQL/dbt/Analytics): Building trusted business-facing marts, metric logic, and reporting datasets for billing, payments, and product analytics with an accent on data quality, reconciliation, and reusable business logic. Focus on investigating messy source systems, translating ambiguous business questions into reliable metrics, and defining upstream requirements for warehouse data.
Location: Remote; candidates can work from anywhere worldwide. Listed hiring locations include Barcelona, Spain; Belgrade, Serbia; Georgia; Turkey; Warsaw, Poland; and Yerevan, Armenia.

What you will do
- Turn ambiguous business questions into trusted analytical results.
- Define, validate, and reconcile metric logic against source systems.
- Investigate APIs, source tables, and reporting logic to identify gaps and unreliable data.
- Build business-facing marts and datasets for dashboards, reporting, and decision-making.
- Define upstream engineering requirements when raw data or lower-layer models do not support reliable analytics.
- Partner with Analytics, Data Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance.
Requirements
- Strong SQL skills and analytical thinking.
- Experience defining metrics, validating outputs, identifying edge cases, and explaining discrepancies.
- Broad experience in product, business, revenue, operational, reporting, or financial analytics.
- Experience with dbt or an equivalent approach to modular modeling, marts, dependencies, and maintainable business logic.
- Ability to work across B2B and B2C metrics and translate data complexity into engineering requirements.
- High standards for data quality, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience with B2B SaaS and client-facing reporting.
- Experience with billing, payments, subscriptions, invoices, refunds, or reconciliation.
- Experience with product analytics and behavioral data.
- Experience with API data structures, warehouse design, or data systems thinking.
- Experience with ClickHouse.
