Data Analyst

Focus on designing and developing metrics, dashboards, experiments and analyses to track and assess the impact of new initiatives and features.

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, must be based within commuting distance of hirify.global hubs. Relocation to Spain is available.

What you will do

• Work with Data Analysts, Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists and Engineers to generate advanced analysis.
• Explore data from different sources, turning it into information and insights.
• Design and develop metrics, dashboards, experiments and analyses to track the impact of new initiatives.
• Develop data frameworks and products to drive insights and behavioral analysis.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience interpreting data in data analytics or data science.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Mastery of SQL for data querying, transformation and modeling.
• Experience with statistical concepts and packages (Python / R).
• Experience with data visualization and BI tools (Looker).
• Data storytelling and stakeholder management experience.
