Data Analyst (AI)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid with in-person work three days per week and residence within commuting distance of a company hub required

hirify.global is a travel and spend management platform that automates bookings, expenses, invoice processing, and other manual business work.

What you will do

• Generate advanced analysis with Data Analysts, Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, and Engineers.
• Explore data from multiple sources and turn it into insights that support business decisions.
• Design metrics, dashboards, experiments, and analyses to measure new initiatives and features.
• Develop data frameworks and products for insights and behavioural analysis.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in data analytics or data science.
• Advanced SQL skills for querying, transformation, and data modelling.
• Experience with statistical concepts and packages using Python or R.
• Experience with data visualization and BI tools, especially Looker.
• Experience with data storytelling and stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and spoken English; English is the official language at the office.

Nice to have

• Experience with dbt.
