Project Manager - CPE Mission Autonomy Support

Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, United States — on site. Travel required up to 25%.

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage the full life cycle of assigned projects and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Manage a multi-million-dollar prime contract, including subcontractors, budget, scope, schedule, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with contracting, finance, legal, security, executive staff, customers, end users, engineering, IT, and project teams.
• Develop work plans, schedules, estimates at completion, resource plans, status reports, and other project artifacts.
• Track project performance, manage deliverables, ensure quality standards, and satisfy contractual obligations.
• Support business development, staffing forecasts, workload planning, financial requirements, and project problem-solving.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Strong leadership, project execution, communication, ethics, and integrity.
• Experience managing stakeholders, project finances, schedules, deliverables, and contractual requirements.
• Availability for on-site work at Aberdeen Proving Ground.
• Availability for travel of up to 25%.
