AI-First Account Executive (French Speaking)

Location: Fully remote from anywhere in France; reliable availability from 9:00–18:00 CET/CEST is required.

Salary: €34,000–€38,000 per year; full-time permanent employment contract.

What you will do

• Support Account Managers and client teams with delegated client tasks, account priorities, workflows, and coordination.
• Turn client requests and account context into clear tasks, updates, handovers, next steps, and questions.
• Track actions, deadlines, approvals, decisions, blockers, status updates, and follow-ups.
• Communicate clearly with Account Managers, collaborators, and clients, including French client-facing communication.
• Use AI tools and agentic workflows to improve speed, structure, reliability, and quality.
• Build reusable account workflows and skills, review AI-assisted work critically, and escalate risks with clear context and evidence.

Requirements

• Native or near-native spoken and written French is required.
• Strong written and spoken English is required for internal communication and collaboration.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and AI agents in work, studies, or personal projects.
• Strong judgement when reviewing AI output against the brief, context, audience, language quality, and client needs.
• Clear client communication, strong prioritisation, attention to detail, ownership, and adaptability to new tools and workflows.
• Must be able to work reliably from France during 9:00–18:00 CET/CEST.

• Curiosity about media, entertainment, creators, online communities, and scaled client work.
• Relevant work samples or demonstrated methods for using AI to improve workflows.
