Production Assistant (Sports Broadcasting)

Location: Leeds, United Kingdom; hybrid workplace with onsite support at events across the UK and Europe when required.

What you will do

• Support the Production Manager with project budget tracking and monitoring related spend.
• Book flights, hotels, and other travel logistics for large event crews in the UK and USA.
• Coordinate staff and freelance crews for shoots and sporting events.
• Create event schedules and production documentation, including information for callsheets and risk assessments.
• Assist with live and non-live shoots and provide onsite event support across the UK and Europe.
• Support hirify.global Programming teams with non-live and supporting content production.

Requirements

• Passion for sport, strong motivation, determination, and a reliable work ethic.
• Good knowledge of host broadcast processes and broadcast criteria.
• Organised, proactive, and able to plan facilities across multiple events.
• Ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment across multiple events.
• Willingness to learn all elements of production workflows.
