Joules Assistant Merchandiser (Retail)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global’ Head Office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire, UK. Full-time hours are typically 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

What you will do

• Deliver seasonal range frameworks using sales and profit analysis.
• Monitor weekly trading and turn real-time consumer data into commercial actions.
• Adjust ranges and department plans throughout the season to meet financial targets.
• Reforecast performance and maintain accurate data across merchandising systems.
• Collaborate with Buying, suppliers, and internal teams on seasonal strategies.
• Present plans and recommendations to key decision-makers.

Requirements

• Degree in a related field or experience in a similar Assistant Merchandiser role within fashion.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Analytical ability to turn sales and financial data into actionable opportunities.
• Attention to detail, adaptability, creativity, and a proactive approach.
• Ability to work onsite at the Market Harborough head office.
• Right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship; hirify.global does not hold a Sponsor Licence.
